일주일 만에 집에 돌아왔더니, heater에서 찬 바람이 나온다. Furnace를 확인해보니, 불길이 보이지 않는다.
빨간색으로 반짝이는 LED 불빛을 확인해보니, 짧게 세 번, 길게 네 번. Error Code 3-4: Ignition proving failure.
“Control will try three more times before lockout #1-4 will occur. If the flame signal is lost after the trial for ignition period, the blower will come on for a 90 second recycle delay. Check for: build-up on the flame sensor; proper microamp distribution to the flame sensor; defective gas valve or turned off gas valve; faulty hot surface ignitor; low inlet gas pressure; the manual valve is shut-off; continuity of control ground; low flame carryover or rough ignition; ungrounded flame sensor.”
검색해보니, 제일 흔한 원인이 flame sensor 표면이 더러워져서 sensor가 제대로 동작하지 않는 경우. 분리해서 확인해 보니, 상태가 나쁘지 않다. 표면을 깨끗이 닦아내고, 다시 설치.
YouTube에 검색해보니, 불이 붙는 부분에 igniter라는 것이 빨갛에 달아오른 것이 보인다. 우리 집 furnace를 확인해보니 불빛이 아예보이지 않는다. 분리해서 확인해보니, 손상된 부분이 보인다.
